10,000 Gold Cap

We have now put in a surprise 10,000 gold cap for every character on all of our realms.
It is a core modification, which prevents any character from having 10,000 gold, at any one time, you cannot pass this limit in game, which is a much better and permanent solution than our past one off gold cap fixes.
We have had no choice but to take action such as this due to damaging inflationary pressures ruining the servers economy. Basically it comes down to way too much gold floating around on the server, causing prices for items to be way too much higher than what the items are really worth. Most of this gold we also believe is exploited gold, or gold which has been received from cheating, which is the main target in attempt to circumnavigate the gold problem.
Hopefully this will help normalise the economy to a certain extent. There really is no need to have more than 10,000 gold on any one character at any one time.
